THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS IS 40.
THE PARTICIPANTS WILL BE PROVIDED OF LINUX-BASED LAPTOPS/PCS TO SHARE IN GROUPS OF TWOS
PARTICIPANTS ARE ALLOWED TO BRING THEIR OWN LAPTOP. IT IS HIGHLY ADVICED THE LINUX OPERATING SYSTEM

*The participation to the Welcome Dinner is optional (the Fee will be approximately 15-20 EUR).

HOW TO REGISTER:
To start the registration please click here or on the Top Right "Log in" button. The login/signup page will open.
To continue the registration click "CREATE NEW ACCOUNT", fill the required fields and submit it by clicking on the “CREATE MY NEW ACCOUNT” button at the end of the page. Check your e-mail: you should receive a Designᴵᵀ-TO-LEAD email with the instructions to finalize the registration.
Once created, the account will be in a "disabled" state until the payment process will be completed.

The registration will be confirmed upon receivement of the payment receipt proof (for students it is also required to have the student status required for the student fee, please refer to paragraph Proof of Status). The fees must be paid in advance on the dates specified. Any bank charges will be charged to the payer. Any missing amount turns the registration into pending status until the amount is balanced.

If the full payment and/or the proof of status have not been received before the deadline indicated, the registration will be frozen, OR the next registration date fee will automatically be charged.

Proof of Status:
To be eligible for the participant fees, participants are required to produce documentary evidence of their status.
Proof of status is an official letter written and signed by the head of department or academic institution or Industry which confirms the status of the applicant. The document must be issued in English, Serbian or Italian on the organisation's official letterhead and stamp.
You have to send an email to proof-of-status@school.3d-qsar.com including your Proof of Status as attachment.

Completion of Payment:
The completion of payment is required to finalize the registration. The payment can be completed via Credit Card mail order or Bank Transfer. Credit cards other than Visa and MasterCard are not accepted.

You will have to pay only once we have reached the minimum number of participants.

When the minimum number of participants will be reached, you will receive an e-mail with the exact amount due and the payment instructions.


Letter of Invitation:
To receive a Letter of Invitation, participants must be fully registered to the workshop, and payment in full must be submitted. Participants will receive a Letter of Invitation upon completing the Registration.
