*IN THE CASE THAT PARTICIPANT REQUIRES THE REGISTRATION WITHOUT HOTEL, THE PRICE IS REDUCED OF 150 EUR!!! **IN THE CASE OF REGISTRATION OVERDUE, THE PRICE IS HIGHER FOR 500 EUR!!!

THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS IS 40.
THE PARTICIPANTS WILL BE PROVIDED OF LINUX-BASED LAPTOPS/PCS TO SHARE IN GROUPS OF TWOS
PARTICIPANTS ARE ALLOWED TO BRING THEIR OWN LAPTOP. IT IS HIGHLY ADVICED THE LINUX OPERATING SYSTEM

Full registration fee includes:

*The participation to the Welcome Dinner is optional (the Fee will be approximately 15-20 EUR).

1. REQUIRED INFORMATION:
Before the actual application, each participant must obtain the information that proves its academic/industry status. All the information must be provided in a single PDF file. Following information is required:

For students:
- CV with photo
- Copy of passport including the copy of so far obtained visas (if any)
- Proof of status signed by the Head of the Department or Faculty’ Dean
- Confirmation of Marks on Elementary and Master Studies
- Motivation Letter for participating to DesignIT-TO-LEAD WorkShop
- The signed statement that the purpose of visiting Serbia is the participation to DesignIT-TO-LEAD WorkShop

For PhD students:
- CV with photo
- Copy of passport including the copy of so far obtained visas (if any)
- Proof of status signed by the PhD Thesis Tutor
- Proof of status signed by the Head of the Department or Faculty’ Dean
- Confirmation of Marks on PhD Studies
- Published Papers List (if any)
- Motivation Letter for participating to DesignIT-TO-LEAD WorkShop
- The signed statement that the purpose of visiting Serbia is the participation to DesignIT-TO-LEAD WorkShop

For Academy Stuff:
- CV with photo
- Copy of passport including the copy of so far obtained visas (if any)
- The Employment Contract between the Academy Stuff member and Faculty on English and Native language
- Full bibliography
- Citation Report
- Narrow Scientific Field Conformation
- The Confirmation of Agreement provided from the Faculty that the Academy Stuff member is allowed to participate to DesignIT-TO-LEAD WorkShop, signed by the Head of the Department or Faculty’ Dean
- Motivation Letter for participating to DesignIT-TO-LEAD WorkShop
- The signed statement that the purpose of visiting Serbia is the participation to DesignIT-TO-LEAD WorkShop

For Industry Stuff:
- CV with photo
- Copy of passport including the copy of so far obtained visas (if any)
- The Employment Contract between the Company’s Stuff member and Company on English and Native language
- Company’s Stuff member Job Description
- Company’s Portfolio
- Full bibliography (if any)
- Citation Report (if any)
- Narrow Scientific Field Conformation (if any)
- The Proof of Company’s Involvement in Medicinal Chemistry and related fields
- The Confirmation of Agreement provided from the Company that the Company Stuff member is allowed to participate to DesignIT-TO-LEAD WorkShop, signed by the Head of the Department or Company Director
- Motivation Letter for participating to DesignIT-TO-LEAD WorkShop
- The signed statement that the purpose of visiting Serbia is the participation to DesignIT-TO-LEAD WorkShop

2. APPLICATION
To start the registration please click here or on the Top Right "Log in" button. The login/signup page will open.
To continue the registration, click "CREATE NEW ACCOUNT", fill the required fields and submit it by clicking on the “CREATE MY NEW ACCOUNT” button at the end of the page.
After submitting personal information you will be redirected to a page where you can download a pdf file (CONTRACT OF APPLICATION).
Once created, the account will be in a "pending" state until the payment process will be completed.
* To download the contract again go to “Log In” Page and Sign In the website: you can download it as many times you need.

3. CONTRACT AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
The downloaded file during the application is a Contract, signed by the Designᴵᵀ-TO-LEAD ORGANIZING COMMITTEE, with the Disclaimer that the Participant will COMPLETE THE PROCEDURE WITHIN THE 10 WORKING DAYS OF THE INITIAL APPLICATION, OTHERWISE THE APPLICATION IS AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED.
To conclude you will have to send a pdf file containing the SIGNED CONTRACT, the REQUIRED INFORMATION and THE BANK CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT COMPLETION via email to payments@school.3d-qsar.com.

*Before making the application, please check if the Participant’s Bank can proceed with the Payment as Instructed. The Designᴵᵀ-TO-LEAD Organization accepts the transfers only to THE OFFICIAL BANK ACCOUNT OF FACULTY OF SCIENCE. Students can perform payments manually or via the credit cards. Credit cards other than Visa and MasterCard are not accepted. PhD students, Academy and Industry stuff must perform the payment procedure via the Bank Transfer from the Domestic Institution Official Bank Account.

IF THE PAYMENT IS NOT COMPLETED IN THE REQUIRED PERIOD, THE APPLICATION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED.
** All bank charges must be paid by the remitter.
