REGISTRATION FEE (online or in presence): 100 EUR

 

THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS IS 40. 

THE PARTICIPANTS WILL BE PROVIDED OF LINUX-BASED LAPTOPS/PCS TO SHARE IN GROUPS OF TWOS

PARTICIPANTS ARE ALLOWED TO BRING THEIR OWN LAPTOP. IT IS HIGHLY ADVICED THE LINUX OPERATING SYSTEM

Full registration fee includes:
– Access to all sessions
– Certificate of Attendance

*The participation to the Welcome Dinner is optional (the Fee will be approximately 15-20 EUR). 

BEFORE THE APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION:

Before the actual application, each participant must obtain the information that proves its academic/industry status. All the information must be provided in a single PDF file. Following information is required:

For students:
    • CV with photo
    • Copy of passport including the copy of so far obtained visas (if any)
    • Proof of status 
    • Confirmation of Marks on Elementary and Master Studies
    • Motivation Letter for participating to DesignIT-TO-LEAD WorkShop
    • The signed statement that the purpose of visiting Serbia is the participation to DesignIT-TO-LEAD WorkShop

 

For PhD students:

    • CV with photo
    • Copy of passport including the copy of so far obtained visas (if any)
    • Proof of status signed by the PhD Thesis Tutor
    • Proof of status signed by the Head of the Department or Faculty’ Dean
    • Confirmation of Marks on PhD Studies
    • Published Papers List (if any)
    • Motivation Letter for participating to DesignIT-TO-LEAD WorkShop
    • The signed statement that the purpose of visiting Serbia is the participation to DesignIT-TO-LEAD WorkShop

 

For Academy Staff:

    • CV with photo
    • Copy of passport including the copy of so far obtained visas (if any)
    • The Employment Contract between the Academy Staff member and Faculty on English and Native language 
    • Full bibliography
    • Citation Report
    • Narrow Scientific Field Conformation
    • The Confirmation of Agreement provided from the Faculty that the Academy Staff member is allowed to participate to DesignIT-TO-LEAD WorkShop, signed by the Head of the Department or Faculty’ Dean
    • Motivation Letter for participating to DesignIT-TO-LEAD WorkShop
    • The signed statement that the purpose of visiting Serbia is the participation to DesignIT-TO-LEAD WorkShop

 

For Industry Staff:

    • CV with photo
    • Copy of passport including the copy of so far obtained visas (if any)
    • The Employment Contract between the Company’s Staff member and Company on English and Native language 
    • Company’s Staff member Job Description
    • Company’s Portfolio
    • Full bibliography (if any)
    • Citation Report (if any)
    • Narrow Scientific Field Conformation (if any)
    • The Proof of Company’s Involvement in Medicinal Chemistry and related fields 
    • The Confirmation of Agreement provided from the Company that the Company Staff member is allowed to participate to DesignIT-TO-LEAD WorkShop, signed by the Head of the Department or Company Director
    • Motivation Letter for participating to DesignIT-TO-LEAD WorkShop
    • The signed statement that the purpose of visiting Serbia is the participation to DesignIT-TO-LEAD WorkShop

HOW TO APPLY:

To continue the registration fill the required fields and submit the form. During the registration, please upload your Personal Data and Proof of Status Data, as instructed in BEFORE THE APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION, in one PDF file. Check your e-mail: you should receive a Designᴵᵀ-TO-LEAD email with the instructions to finalize the registration. 

Once created, the account will be in a “disabled” state until the payment process will be completed. 

AFTER THE INITIAL APPLICATION:

Upon receiving the INTIAL APPLICATION REQUEST, the Designᴵᵀ-TO-LEAD organization will send each of the Participants a Contract, signed by the Designᴵᵀ-TO-LEAD ORGANIZING COMITEE, with the Disclaimer that the Participant will COMPLETE THE PAYMENT WITHIN THE 10 WORKING DAYS OF THE INITIAL APPLICATION.

THE PAYMENT MUST BE ACCOMPLISHED TROUGH THE OFFICIAL BANK ACCOUNT OF FACULTY OF SCIENCE.* NO OTHER WAYS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTABLE.

*Before making the application, please check if the Participant’s Bank can proceed with the Payment as Instructed. The Designᴵᵀ-TO-LEAD Organization accepts the transfers only to THE OFFICIAL BANK ACCOUNT OF FACULTY OF SCIENCE. Students can perform payments manually or via the credit cards. Credit cards other than Visa and MasterCard are not accepted. PhD students, Academy and Industry staff must perform the payment procedure via the Bank Transfer from the Domestic Institution Official Bank Account.

IF THE PAYMENT IS NOT COMPLETED IN THE REQUIRED PERIOD, THE APPLICATION IS AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED.

All bank charges must be paid by the remitter.

THE PARTICIPANT IS OBLIGATED TO SEND THE Designᴵᵀ-TO-LEAD Organization THE CONFIRMATION FORM THE BANK THAT THE PAYMENT IS COMPLETED. The receipt of payment must be sent as an email to payments@school.3d-qsar.com 

REGISTRATION COMPLETITION:

The registration will be confirmed after the Designᴵᵀ-TO-LEAD Organization receives the payment receipt proof from the PARTICIPANT (for students it is also required to have the student status required for the student fee, please refer to paragraph Proof of Status). The fees must be paid in advance on the dates specified. Any bank charges will be charged to the payer. Any missing amount turns the registration into pending status until the amount is balanced. 

If the full payment and/or the proof of status have not been received before the deadline indicated, the registration will be frozen, OR the next registration date fee will automatically be charged. 

INVITATION LETTER: 

To receive a Letter of Invitation, participants must be fully registered to the workshop, and payment in full must be completed. Participants will receive an Official Designᴵᵀ-TO-LEAD INVITATION LETTER ONLY AFTER COMPLETING the Payment and Registration.
